Sky's the Demon

[Golden Sky]

Sky waked outside. The sun was shining, birds were singing, and Sky felt absolutely miserable. She held herself around the waist, since no one would do it for her. She tried to comfort herself, (no one would do that either) but her attempt was not enough. She wisheed that someone could love her and comfort her. Her relationship with all the people here was more in the 'Friend' zone. Sky wanted someone in the 'boyfriend' zone. She could go to her boyfriend with all her problems, but she did not have one to share anything with.

Mike watched outside and sighed as it was starting to be time to leave, but he normally stayed to watch over the school. No one believed that some break in and destory it even worse then what it already was, but he knew and he could keep everyone in line. But his mind was still worried about Sky. No matter who he had backing him up, he still was on his own with this.

Sky kept walking. Knowing someone was following her. Something, not human. Not even half human. It was not Roy, she did not know who it was. All she did was walk. She took a deep breath in and smelled some strange faint smell. Sky could not tell what the smell was, but she looked behind her, at the school. There was something sturring about the school this afternoon. Like something was going to happen today. She turned to continue heading home, but she stopped before she could go another step. The feeling around the school bothered her, so she started to walk to the school to make sure everything was fine.

Mike looked up from the paper work he was doing and looked around. The ones who had some kinda magic, weither it was Angelic or Demonic, or wizzardry or witch craft, almost everyone could feel it, but not humans that has simple powers. "What's going on?" he mutter as he looked out of his class room.

Sky smelled them. Two beings that she had not smelled in a while. Her Parents where here, in the school, WITH HUMANS!!! Her body grew cold, her blue eyes turned ghostly white, her face had no blood circulation. She was shivering, but she was not cold on this hot day. The fear of her parents had done this to her. The Demons had abused her and were now trying to kill her. She needed Mike, Aarathin, Aaravin, Kristen... ANYONE!!! This cannot be happening! NO not now! She ran through the classrooms, looking, searching, for someone who could help her. She rounding an empty hall corner and stopped on a dime. She faced her parents in the hall. Her mother with brown hair and blue eyes wore all white. Her Father with fiery red hair and manic hazel eyes wore all black. They were smiling cruelly and the lights started to dim. Her Father was controlling the lights, making it so dark that Sky could not see. She knew this trick. Sky turned around and tried to run out of the school.

Mike looked at the lights and darted out of the class room. "Sky!" he called. He could smell something, and he ran faster, slidding around the corner. He fell, but it was more to his advantage. Lightening clashed in the sky, lighting up the hall ways and he was able to see Sky. Getting up, he cracked his whip and it echoed through the hall louder then he meant, but it was fine with him. "Sky, Aaron is in my class room." he called as Lightening and Darkness came to his aid. "Run! I've got your back." he yelled as he began to walk over to them, his whip hanging losly in his hand, his sword in the other hand and his eyes a dangerous black. Right now, Mike wasn't one that many would tango with him. "I am full demon and am not one to mess with. I am danerous when someone is threatened, dare touch her and you'll have me to deal with." he said, his voice lower then normal and his hair in his face, he wasn't a sight to be messed with. "I have faught the only Vampiric Angel and almost won until my best friend stopped me."

Mrs Freeman (First name unknown) spoke up. "We have no quorrel with you, little demon. We just want to speak with our girl." Her eyes were the darkest blue that was possible without turning black, she knew that she had just made fun of someone that could, and probably will, over power her.
Mr Freeman spoke up next, "We have made the wrong imprssion on Sky. If you do not let us pass we will just have to speak to her another time. Right darling?" The lights came back on, the hallway was empty in seconds. Both of the demons were gone.

Sky came into the classroom just as the lights came back on. She was breathing heavily. Her face was still pale and her eyes were now blood shot. She could not believe that her parents were here, so soon as well.

Mike shook his head. "This is my place, no one is even to mess with anyone that is under my protection." he said as he again cracked his whip loudly.

Aaron came in right after Sky and he closed the door. "It's alright Sky. Just relax." he told her as he looked around for his hidden sword. "Don't mind me, trying to find my sword, maybe Mike took it." he muttered.

Mr & Mrs Freeman laughed at Mike, acting like they weren't scared. They really were, facing a scary looking Demon with a whip, not good. They know that others were here, other beings. The two of them held up their hands in surrender. "We give, We will leave." Mr Freeman said, "We will leave her alone. Promise." Mrs Freeman added. Both backed to where they came, they put on hurt faces like Mike had slashed them a million times with his whip.

Sky sensed that her parents were growing farther away from her. This bothered Sky, How could Mike just meet them and now they are giving up? This is just not like them. What happened? Sky's curiosity over took her fear. She stood and told Aaron, "I am going to see Mike. You coming?" She had more confidence now, but she still felt her parents near. Not as close as before though.

Mike didn't let a smile appear just yet. he knew that some played tricks and this demon wasn't going to fall for it. He recoiled his whip, but loose enough so if they changed their minds, he could let it go quickly.

Aaron nodded. "Mike is not a demon to mess with when he is mad. I have seen what Mike can do and it isn't pretty." Aaron said as he soon found his own sword and walked out with Sky.

Mr and Mrs Freeman kept walking, they walked right out the door without another look back. Their anger grew as they walked, the feeling in the air was strong enough that the humans could feel that both Demons were angry. Not a good sign for Sky.

Sky jogged to the corner where Mike was standing. She could not see her parents, she could feel them. "What happened? How did you get them to leave so easily?" She thought out loud. The human teachers were comming out of class rooms to see what was going on. Sky stood close to Mike as to make everyone beleive that she was asking him a school question.

Aaron looked at Mike and they both nodded. "They will be back. be ready for a true fight. Might have to call in a few friends to help." Aaron said as he linked with Mike. Mike nodded, but then looked at Sky and motioned her to follow the two. "Everyone can go back to their classes, but please be careful and do not talk to anyone that is not from the school. Thank you.' Mike said as him and Aaron had walked to his class room, hoping that Sky would follow.

SKy did follow, but she did not know what Mike wanted. She let her auburn hair fall over her shoulders. Her blue eyes scanned the area of the class. She was still a little shocked that her parents had accually come into the school. They must have been looking for her, Or Roy. Sky was know standing near the windows of the classroom, waiting to find out what Mike wanted.

Mike looked at Aaron and then to Sky. "Sky, I want you to be careful, I don't think that your parents are gone for good. But when you have seen some dear friends go into hiding, you learn to always watch your back. Amoan had drove a friend of mine and Aron's (Ar-own) and him and his family have been in hiding for years." Mike shook his head,"All I am really saying is, never leave your back turned for to long." Aaron to nodded. "I still live in fear because of my father."

Sky frowned and looked at the floor, "I knew they would come back, I just got distracted. I was careless. I did not hide my smell as much." A tear fell to the floor, she had just endangered more people then just Mike. She endagered everyone in the school. Another tear fell. The drop of liquid splashed on the floor. It was an odd colour, like a dark blue. You could see the blue colouring of Sky's tear on the white tile. Sky had forgot why she never cried, The tear would attract many other Demons that teamed up with her parents. They had cursed her with this. Sky tried to stop, but she could only make her self cry even more.
